Before a manufacturer goes in front of you, we've walked their site, met the people who run it and seen how they make the product. Over 130 plant and quality visits since 2019.
We speak their language
Mandarin at native level, down to the Shandong dialect. Prices, specs and the difficult conversations happen directly with the plant, not through a translation app or an agent's agent.
We're there before it ships
Pre-shipment samples, batch checks against your specification, packing and labels seen before the container is sealed — and the COA, MSDS and supplier documents your QA and regulatory files need, in order before goods move.
We're still there after you pay
If a COA doesn't match, a vessel slips or a supplier goes quiet, we're a drive from the plant, not an email away. One point of contact from your first enquiry to goods at your dock.

Harbor has worked out of Yiwu since 2019. We're Indians living in China, so we know both ends of a deal: what a plant means when it gives a delivery date, and what an Indian buyer needs to see before a batch is released.
